πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ New to the gym & looking for friends (30M / Winton)

28 March 2026

Looking for a workout buddy? A local resident who trains at BH Active near Queen's Park is on the hunt for a gym partner to boost motivation. If you're also hitting the weights or just fancy a coffee, this could be your chance to connect!

Hey everyone! I’m a 30-year-old guy living in Bournemouth and I'm looking to expand my social circle and meet some new people. I started hitting the gym about a month and a half ago and I’m really enjoying it so far. I’ve reached the point where I think having a training partner would be great for motivation and making the sessions more fun. I currently train at BH Active near Queen's park and sometimes at Stokewood and I usually head there around lunchtime/early afternoon when it's not too busy in my work break. I'm still a beginner, but I'm quite consistent and enjoying the progress! I usually go 3/4 times a week. Outside of the gym, I’m just looking to make some genuine local friendships as I settled in Bournemouth but I'm not from the area. If you’re just starting out and would like to train together or want to grab a coffee drop a comment or send me a DM!
